HOW TO CREATE A YAHOO ACCOUNT

STEPS TO SIGNUP FOR A YAHOO MAIL ACCOUNT

1. Go to www.yahoo.com.

2. Click on the link, “Sign up”.

3. Follow the instructions and fill out the form

4. Click on the “check” button to see if the name you created is available.

5. If the name you chose is taken, you will be given other names to choose from.

Either pick a name from the list or keep trying to create your own until you find one that has not already been created.

6. Finish completing form.

7. Type in the security word that yahoo shows you on the screen exactly as you see it.

You may have to do this twice.

8. Check box to agree to Yahoo terms and conditions.

9. Click “create my account”.

Important! Remember your username and password.

Create something that is easy for you to remember but hard for someone else to guess. You can use letters and numbers. When you have completed your registration, Yahoo will give you a page with your username information. Print this page if you like.

10. Click on “continue”.

You can now start using your free account!

Take some time to click around on your yahoo mail account screen to see all the features available in your account.

Always remember to log out of your account when you’re finished or others will be able to access your e-mail.
